WomanUP!® Scholarship

The California Association of REALTORS® Education Foundation and WomanUP!® are offering a special scholarship to C.A.R. REALTOR® Members to attend the 2023 WomanUP!® Retreat in Oceanside, CA, June 13-14 at The Seabird Resort!

 

WomanUP!® is dedicated to identifying leaders, connecting women, and developing resources for women in this industry to grow to the very top of their careers - whatever that looks like for them! We identify tools and strategies required to make bold moves in real estate and created opportunities for you to connect with amazing leaders in the national brokerage community. 
 

This scholarship awards recipients with:

• WomanUP!® Retreat Pass

• 2-night Stay at The Seabird Resort

• Welcome Sip Upon Check-in

• Morning Yoga + Meditation

• Two breakfasts

• Two lunches

• all the collaboration sessions

• Tuesday's Poolside Soirée

• One Group Experience

• Assigned WaveMaker Mentor

To be considered for this Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an active REALTOR® member in good standing

• Must commit to attending the full retreat

• Must be interviewed by a Foundation Director

WomanUP!® has changed this UP for 2023 as this year’s conference. We are focusing more on collaboration and connection with our colleagues across the country. There will be a great emphasis on collaborative CircleUP sessions and opportunities for reflection, exploration, self-care, and play!

WomanUP!® WaveMakers are our most active participants in the community and help spread our message across the country. We have a special opportunity for mentorship with a WomanUP!® WaveMaker to provide you an insight on becoming a successful business owner and navigating the ins and outs within the scope of real estate. The relationship with a WaveMaker Mentor goes beyond just our annual conference - this is a connection we know brings value throughout your career as a REALTOR®.
