WineMaker Dinner

As we prepare for the WomanUP!® Annual Conference on June 12 & 13 at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott in Dana Point, we are pleased to highlight a special feature of this year’s event: the Wine Maker Dinner with Nancy Ulloa of Ulloa Cellars.  Nancy Ulloa, a 36-year-old immigrant from Guadalajara, Mexico, is not only an innovative winemaker but also a storyteller. During the dinner, Nancy will share her journey and the inspiration behind Ulloa Cellars. There are very few female-owned wine makers and even fewer Hispanic females. She is a true trailblazer in the wine industry.  Her labels, featuring mystical drawings of women including her mother, and affirmations in Spanish, mirror her philosophy: "Todo lo que toco se convierte en oro" which means "Everything I touch becomes gold."   The Winemaker Dinner, priced at $150, is an open invitation to all C.A.R. members seeking an inspiring story over delicious food and wine as well as the ability to connect with industry professionals and leaders, fostering collaborations and creating new pathways in your career.  Please note that the WineMaker Dinner is a separately ticketed event from the WomanUP!® Annual Conference registration.
