She services the entire Portland, Oregon real estate market, including surrounding communities such as Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Aloha, and Hillsboro.

Tell us about your leadership journey… How did you get to where you are today?


Impact is a theme. Started in high tech. Went from a big company to a small start up. Then got into RE. I love people - it is people and project management.


We are all deep into defining and refining our 2022 plans. Would you share your process?


Starts with your point B - where are you going? What does success look like?

I build a growth plan

I then do a days out calendar

Goals do not need to be production based



During the ICLV conversation, you shared about how you use your AskSarita UVP as part of your growth strategy… tell us about how you started this community-connecting brand and vision… and what your plans are in 2022.


I am a grateful, passionate connector

My UVP is about building a community



What was shared at ICLV:

Our growth strategy is truly our network. Our past clients, our community, our allied vendors. We are constantly looking to uplevel our “A Team” of vendors for our clients. We are also looking to promote small businesses to our database. For example, a new restaurant in town - calling a dozen clients and hosting a pop up dinner there and promoting that business to our people..


And this never ends after the transaction, our clients still “ask Sarita” after the sale and give us feedback on the vendors they have done business with. This is not unique to us, but as small business owners we all do this. I challenge us all to be purposeful about it.



What is your most treasured advice from a mentor that you include in your plan every year?


Your plan is YOURS, it doesn’t matter what people think

Think big

Don’t be afraid to broadcast your goals - if you miss you miss. But you get further and have so much support from your people.


What are you most looking forward to in 2022?


We had a covid bonus - the kids back home

I am looking forward to more family time

I am looking forward to connecting and re-connecting with people who I treasure

Now goal planning looks like what do we want to do in the next season of our lives
