Unlocking Potential: Transformative Business Planning Insights w/ Donelle DuFault, Kili Rahbeck, & Lisa Dunn

Our speakers will highlighted the untapped potential of business planning. You will hear stories of remarkable success driven by visionary thinking and discover how embracing transformative ideas can position you for a prosperous 2024 and beyond.

Donelle:

  • Rather than attempting to address an entire year or a broad goal, breaking down business planning into manageable chunks, such as quarterly objectives, can be more effective. This segmented approach helps prioritize tasks, allowing for better focus and increased chances of achievement. Think of it as the old adage, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time."

  • The current state of your business is a reflection of past efforts, particularly actions taken in the previous quarter. To ensure continuous progress and alignment with your goals, maintaining daily accountability through checks on income-producing activities is crucial. Such a consistent review ensures that every effort contributes to the larger business objectives.

Lisa:

  • Happy New Year! 2024 business planning starts NOW! By starting in September, you have the time and ability to adequately prepare for the first of the year. Do not neglect executing your current business plan for 2023, but does it need a tune up coming into this critical time of year? The last quarter of the current year is the most important quarter and it is what will set you up for success in the coming year.

  • Including the last quarter of 2023 in your 2024 business plan also gives you time to research and plan for new marketing ideas and educational opportunities to expand your skill set. Give yourself the timeline to accomplish education and marketing. Be sure to include in your plans ways to reach out directly to clients and ways to network with other professionals. Be intentional!

Thriving Together: How Recruiting + Retention Drive Sustainable Business Success w/ Adonae Faris, Jackie Soto, Keri White

By the end of these engaging talks, you'll have gained insights into how recruiting and retention can drive immediate organizational success and ensure long-term sustainability in an ever-evolving business landscape

Adonae Faris:

  • Team vs Family Culture - Loyalty is a 4 letter word.

  • Personal Connection - Be their Broker *before* you’re their Broker.

  • Association Leadership - Walk the walk, raise the bar, and get in front of the membership as a leader in your industry.

Jackie Soto:

  • Clarity of vision- It begins with discovering who you are and what your brokerage goals are.

  • Attraction & alignment- A clearly defined organizational vision acts as a North Star, attracting those who resonate with its direction. When we align our recruiting messages with this vision, we speak directly to those who share our path.

  • Retention through continued alignmentL: Drawing talent is just half the journey. The true testament to alignment's power is in retention.

Keri White:

  • Agents 10 years ago versus now. Understanding what’s working then doesn’t work now (most of the time!)

  • Bringing the human element into real estate. Focusing on the people versus the process, the numbers.

  • Understanding that the environment you promised means more than the offer
